About Us

Sleek Boot Camp (Sleek BC) workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, and strength training with individual body weight and free weights.  My goal is to expand your fitness horizons to strengthen your body and burn fat.  Classes are instructed through interval level training.  This means we do cardio exercises such as running, jump squats, jumping jacks, jumping rope, etc. to get our heart rates up.  We then lower the heart rate by doing strengthening exercises, which include pushups, planks, dips, etc.  The reason for this is to not have your heart rate in the cardiovascular zone, but in the fat burn zone.  Each class will focus on the whole body through cardio and weight resistance.  I instruct at an intermediate level, but do offer lower and higher options for all campers' abilities.

Who can afford personal training?
Personal training sessions can cost up to $150 each, but Sleek Boot Camp offers personal attention in a group setting at 1/10 the price!

Haven't worked out in months or years?
Don't fret.  Sleek Boot Camp is for all fitness levels - whether you work out daily or haven't worked out in years.  All activities are instructed at an intermediate level.  Every exercise can be modified to meet your level of activity.

Too busy?
We all live busy lives.  Sleek Boot Camp offers a range of times to offer classes to fit everyone's busy schedule.  It is hard to begin a new routine, but it is amazing the extra energy you'll begin to feel after a great workout.  You will develop more energy that will allow you to get more done in today's busy world.

Motivation: The Key to your Success
Motivation is a major key to reaching your goals.  Sleek Boot Camp's classes offers a range of activities.  There will never be a class that is the same, which will help prevent boredom.  This keeps you driven to reaching your fitness goals.  Working in a group setting bonds individuals and keeps you dedicated to each class.  I provide emotional support to campers to help motivate them to reach their individual goals.
